White Mountain Candle started out as a hobby trying to create a clean burning container candle. Too often I purchased candles that didn't burn clean, and with fragrances that just irritated my nose. Until one day in a small shop, my partner Bill and I came across an unusually scented candle. It was very expensive, but the fragrance convinced us to take the plunge and purchase. It was the most lovely candle. It burned well, had a nice fragrance that wasn't too overpowering and it was wicked perfectly (meaning there was no wax left on the sides of the candle). I was so intrigued I set out to learn everything I could about scented candles and decided "I can make these". And so I began experimenting with different fragrances, waxes, containers and wicks. I enjoyed making the candles so much that White Mountain Candle was born.
White Mountain Candle is a candle manufacturer dedicated to producing uniquely scented, high-quality, hand poured, soy candles. Committed to environmentally sound manufacturing processes, we use recyclable and sustainable materials whenever possible. We treat our customers with respect, and do anything possible and within reason to ensure their satisfaction. We intend to make enough profit to generate a fair return and to finance continued growth and development in quality products. As we grow, we intend maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment, which respects diversity, new ideas, and hard work.
Just as certain wines have an aroma which is then aged to produce it's unique bouquet, it's our goal to produce uniquely scented candles by layering various essential and fragrance oils. We understand that fragrance, just like flavor, varies by individual; therefore, we try to provide a well rounded palette of fragrances. With selections ranging from earthy, floral, fresh and spice predominant, there's sure to be something for everyone.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or something is wrong with your order, please contact us. You may return or exchange product in new, unused condition, within 14 business days for a full refund less shipping costs.
We make every effort to carefully package your shipment. If you received something damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery and we will replace or refund your purchase. Please do not reship the package. If possible, please take photos that clearly show the extent of the damage.
